Upon arrival there was no heat in the building, but that wasn't the problem there was no notice of that ahead of time to possibly reschedule. It seemed like she was rushing around, saying "once I am done I am going to go sleep in the back under my heated blanket". My hair turned out a brassy tone and had to go to another salon for a color correction. Overall terrible experience.

Love this salon! Best on the South side. I've been a client here since they opened. Warm welcoming front desk staff. Erin was the first stylist to assess my hair and not freak out!! I have super thick, super straight, tons of hair. Finally a stylist that is on point that wasn't intimidated by my mop!! :)

I messed up on my appointment time, my stylist couldn't fit me in, I went with another stylist, she did a great job and during my haircut my regular stylist came over and talked to me making me feel very comfortable and welcome. We have been using Urban Euphoria for years. Erin and Sarah are terrific as is all the staff. You will never hear stylists complaining about difficult customers or about each other. The atmosphere is laid back, the salon is squeaky clean and the entire staff are true professionals. Service: Hairstyling

Meghan was very patient with me since it was my first time getting my hair professionally done and gave me excellent advice on the best course of action for my hair. My hair looked amazing when she was done and I loved the atmosphere and the fact that it was an eco friendly spa.

I just got my hair done at this salon and I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff. You could tell they had a healthy morale and were more than willing to make your appointment the best it could be. Lately, I've been trying out new salons in the area and haven't gone back because you could tell the vibe among the stylists wasn't the best. It's really annoying to come into a salon and constantly hear complaining from staff about this, that or the other while you're trying to take a couple hours to pamper yourself. That wasn't the case with this salon and I will definitely be going back.

I went and saw Emma and got my first ever microdermabrasion done. She was absolutely amazing. My face looks and feels awesome. I highly recommend her and I will definitely go back to her everytime for this service and any other facial needs. Thank you for making my experience awesome!

I have been going to Andrea for years and absolutely love the way she cuts and colors my hair. I always let her try new things on me and have never been disappointed. I have very fine/thin hair and she knows the best way to maximize my volume. I've also had pedicures and facials there and Blythe is great too!
