Do not take your car here !!!!! Your car will be sitting for 3 months or more before they even start working on it and the front desk or phone answerers and nasty , ghetto , rude and will not give you the correct status of your car , if you can help it go somewhere else , if I could give less than 1 star I would ! They did a great job on car repair. Just don't tell them you have a rental. A 2 day repaired turned into 5 work days. I know, they're short staffed. Everybody is even though many are searching for work. And plan plan on your repair 3 months from estimate...but I spoke with several body shops and they're all the same. Some longer.

You guys are second to none!! The amazing feeling of knowing that I was treated with the up most care, is an understatement! I drove my truck to get fixed and was prepared to walk home, which isn't that far; and to my surprise I was asked did I want a ride. That blew me away. Then I was updated every step of the way on the progress. When I spoke with the receptionist on the phone, she was so kind. Now, when I picked up my truck, again the kindness was breath taken. Thanks again for the excellent job and the personality like none other. You guys get a BIG 1000 IN MY BOOK!!

We had a 3:00 appointment but we went prepared for a wait because we thought lke most places, that they would be running late..... however we were pleasantly surprised to find they were RIGHT ON TIME. The appraiser was very thorough and professional. He took time to address our concerns and answer all of our questions. They will be repairing the damage to our vehicle next week and will further review after that experience.

If I could I would give zero stars Wasted my whole day the repair person called at 9:00am wanted to know if I had a heated garage . We never told that I needed to have a heated garage Then he tells me that I must bring my car to the shop but don't come till I call you which was 1-3 So I waited all day to hear from him not a text or phone call I called at 3:05:to see what the hold up was no one would give me an answer Then around 3:35 a manger called to tell me that I was confused and that I didn't understand the situation and he was going to inform me He claimed that they had ordered the glass and it was broken (really don't believe this ) That he was trying to find another one look buddy I don't have an exotic car its a Subaru. This was the most Unprofessional person I've even spoken too i will not do any type of business with them again

If your looking for perfection this is not the place. There was damage only to lower front bumper but still aligned fine. I chose factory parts but after work the bumper doesn’t align like it did before. The color doesn’t match like before either. Very disappointing. UPDATE*** Took car back and gave them 2 more tries and the paint and alignment is still not right. Taking my car somewhere else.***
