Got sideswiped bacl at the beginning of June, and my insurance highly encouraged me to work with Gerber. Insurance company sent over the information about the accident that Monday, and I booked an appointment for an estimate. Due to a backlog, I couldn't get in for a couple weeks, which was communicated to me so I had no issue with. Got the estimate a couple weeks ago and really liked working with the estimator. Booked an appointment to drop off my car at the beginning of August, and they swore I would definitely have my car back to drivable before my school year started. This morning I got a call from them telling me that they no longer get Subaru parts, and therefore wouldn't be able to do my repairs after all. So it's now 6 weeks of working with them and I'm now starting back at 0 and having to find a new company. They knew from day 1 that my car was a Subaru. This wasn't a surprise. I feel like this was all very disrespectful of my time.

They initially gave me an 8 day repair quote for the dent I had…then changed it to 16 days once they had had my car for a week. Unfortunately, since it’s my only car I had to pick it up and bring it back months later when more techs were able to work. However, they did compensate me for the trouble and even detailed my car for pickup when the repairs were complete. The manager, Austin, was great to work with.

Love Gerber!! They have fixed the body of my car twice now and they are amazing!! The color matches to a T and the associates there are awesome,and their easy to work with. All there work is guaranteed. If your not taking your car to Gerber, your not going to get it fixed right.

Took my car here cause its a preferred shop for Progressive Insurance. I was rear ended by another driver. Gerber was close to me not my shop of choice cause of dealing with someone else's insurance company. Workmanship looks really good. My issue is with the stolen change that came up missing. And I mean all coins gone. Yeah yeah I know there is a sign posted "not responsible for items left in vehicle" . But when you have an employee that goes looking for stuff to take thats an issue that should be addressed. So if you plan to have a vehicle worked on here. Make sure everything is out of your vehicle that you don't want stolen! And I hope the person that took it.......needed it more than me!

And I didn't say anything about it because I knew it would take longer for my be able to come back but the paint on my fixed panels are a darker shade then the rest of my suv.

Some had backed into my Ford Focus while it was parked, and these guys made it look like a new car! Absolutely great service! I highly recommend them if you need to get body work done. Plus they work with a lot of insurance companies so it makes it really easy to get work done that would be covered by insurance.
