Went above and beyond. I was in town doing business at IU. Someone had bumped into my car and a major piece of my bumper was hanging down. I drove to Minton with no appointment and they said it was actually an easy fix since the bumper was damaged. They just needed to replace a couple of broken screws. Much to my extraordinary surprise they said they could do it on the spot. And then , to cap it off, when they drove the car around and said it was finished, they said the work was complementary. I was totally incredulous. Totally. Who does that?! I don't live in Bloomington, I have no connection to the community, they could have charged me even just by time, and they said have a safe trip. I think it says it all.

I went in for an estimate for some body work. I explained that my wheel well was rubbing against the tire from where someone had hit me, and the man told me he would take it right away and see if they could pop it back out. As a woman without any male supports it’s sometimes difficult to navigate the automotive world. I want to thank John for being so kind and helpful when my car ended up totaled from a hit and run. He gave me extra tips and insight I never would have known. It really helped make this difficult time so much easier. We need more men like this in the automotive industry. Edit: It was actually Tom that helped me! But, John was also very polite when I spoke with him too!

They were very helpful. I was waiting atleast a month to get my wheel alignment prior. When I went there, they changed my headlight bulbs for free and gave great advice. They were very kind and referred me to a different shop for an alignment, which I was able to get done the next morning instead of a month!

I installed new headlight lenses in my wife's vehicle and they needed adjusted. I called and they were extremely friendly and professional and told me to bring it in. I drove to the shop and they had the time to quickly bring it in and adjust them. For my lights it only took a few minutes and I was on my way. I most definitely will use them for any autobody related repairs that I might need in the future!

Absolutely recommend Minton to anyone. Great staff, fair prices and super accommodating. Had an urgent repair on my car that needed to be done within a few days and they were able to fit me in and saved me money compared to the quote I got at the Toyota dealer in Bloomington.
