I came here for stamps and trading cards but I was told by an employee that all the sports cards are bought by the manager so whatever he doesn't by that's was l what is on shelves and I was told by another Walgreens employee that her manger puts away sports cards for another manager from a different store but customer service was on point that's huge to me

I LOVE this Walgreens!!! ❤️❤️❤️ The Pharmacy Staff is knowledgeable and compassionate when it comes to your health. They go above and beyond to take care of your prescription needs. If I have questions about my medication, the staff will answer, making sure I'm just as knowledgeable as they are. This is the only Walgreens I visit.... even though there's one closer to my home. The store is ALWAYS clean and well stocked. When I call to check the status of my script, the team is courteous and professional. They know me by name now... And that means a lot to me. I'm just not a nobody... it's like Family! Thanks to the 165th Walgreens in Hammond Indiana for delivering quality service and to Northwest Indiana. You are the BEST! ❤️👍💋❤️🍒🤧🤒🤕😷💊💊💉⚕️🆎💉🅰️🅱️🅾️ 🥤😰😓🤢 💉

Ive picked up photos from this Walgreens twice within the last week, and both times the staff members treated me very rude. During the first visit, the staff member acted as if I was bothering her since no one was initially at the photos section and she had to move from the section she was at before I arrived to assist me. During my second visit, I told another staff member that I was there to pick up my order since I received an email, and she sarcastically asked if I was there to pick up groceries. I believe her name was Melanie. The manager of this Walgreens needs to have a talk with the employees about providing better customer service and treating all customers with basic kindness and respect. I definitely won’t be returning to this location in the future, which is disappointing because this is the closest Walgreens to my house.

Just got out of Walgreens, and wanted to address how rude and ignorant an employee was being with another customer. I understand it was busy and the store was going through some remodeling, which may cause frustration. However, simple questions asked by a customer, was responded by a disgusting tone in her voice. The employee was old, white, red haired lady, working in the photo department with a dash of moodiness.

They're slow to fill your script and that's if you go inside. If you drive up it's an eternity or so it seems. The employees are very curtious and helpful however slow none the less.

Manager CHRIS!! apparently does not care for children who are less privileged .I went in and tried to get Scissors for children who are less fortunate and their parents can not buy them supplies. I am a part of a group of people who are donating to the less fortunate we are doing a charity according to Chris we could not get the sale price and we had to pay full price for every pair of scissors mind you we don't have the money to pay full price that is why we look for sales. personally I think it is BS and would personally NEVER go to this Walgreens again the last time I went it was some lady who was clearly not professional had her foot up by the bags and had no concept of the English language. now this!!!!My personal opinion this store is not ran the way it should be!! If I could rate this store a big fat 0 I would!!!!

I waited 20 minutes on the phone to speak to a pharmacist. She told me she had my medication in stock. I drove 20 minutes out of my way. I got to the store and they took my prescription. I waited another 20 minutes before they told me that they didn't have enough of the medication. I asked them if they could check another store for me and the same pharmacist that told me she had my medication in stock, said they would only call 1 store for me because she doesn't have time. Don't bother with this pharmacy, they were extremely rude and not helpful. Save yourself the hassle and go to CVS down the street. CVS has much better customer service. I was in and out.

We were on two different phones for over thirty minutes with the pharmacy answering machine while supposedly both phones were next to be answered. We called the store and the manager was gone supposedly. The worker then gave the phone to the same manager who they just said had left for the day.The pharmacist answered finally and she said that they have no answering service!! Wow we've been going here for years, and I guess the same person has been sitting there for years answering the phone and playing wait music. The outer lane of the drive up at it is broken too. The call button doesn't work right at the one lane that works. Where is the repairs? The quick drive up line is taking 20 minutes or more over half the time. This was at Walgreens at 165th and Columbia in Hammond, Indiana.
