If your looking for things at discounted prices for the most part this is a good idea to start at. Nice and helpful staff. If you can't find what you are looking for in this store you are obviously on a different level than most of us. Mostly because the staff can almost tell u what your looking for while standing not to far from you with their eyes locked on you waiting for you to mess up. Respect the protecting your stuff as long as I'm respected in my space.

Worse place ever to even consider buying furniture. Bought a sectional not even 6 months ago and couch completely broke down causing Springs to jump out everywhere. Complete trash. Go to American Freight

Cashier girl was rude she complained about having to wait on people and double rang my purchases when I caught it and stood her she said "no it didn't I wish people wouldn't put their stuff on the counter until I'm ready for it. Low and behold after I paid for my things my receipt showed she had made the mistake. Rude lazy girl!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, the manger had the WORSE attitude, she closed all the registers at 8:00 and left only one opened, (it closes at 9:00)didn’t wanna take my coupons and walked away, if your gonna work in that type of stores you have to be patient, and work with the client, I know you wanna to home and rest, but it was your own choice to work there.

I used to love shopping at this Big Lots, but since they changed the lay out it's been a nightmare and I avoid it. As an older person with mobility issues the store is difficult to navigate. Aisles are often blocked or too narrow for the shopping cart. The items most frequently purchased (groceries, cleaning supplies) are located all the way at the back of the store. I understand, as a marketing plan, they want people to have to walk past the high dollar items like sofas and mattresses. These are not items that people buy weekly. Groceries are. Items are often lacking price tags or labeling. There used to be a wonderful selection of unique foods from around the world. Now it's the same stuff you find at any local grocery and the prices aren't much of a savings. Finding the check out is another issue. It is poorly marked and hard to find the tiny opening that runs you through a maze of more merchandise before you finally find the check out counters. I doubt I'll be back very soon to this Big Lots. It was great while it lasted, but this latest change has me shopping elsewhere.

Would put zero if I could. Worst customer service I've ever had in a store. I called to ask about bed frames she wouldn't look anything up so I came in and asked where they were she recognized my voice from the call and asked if I had and told me she couldn't tell me but she was very rude about it. Don't shop here.

This store has made significant strides in my opinion. It's extremely clean and organized. They have quality products at an inexpensive price. The staff is also polite and helpful.

Clean establishment, decent sales and friendly cashier (Alexis). Restrooms had out of order signs, but were clean and functional.
