I've had my oil changed there a few times, as well as new tires and alignment. They've always been very nice and wonderful all around. I went in today for an oil change, and their new building is nice with a bike trail right next to it. They even loaned us out bikes for the trail while we waited; it was awesome and totally unexpected 😸😸

Brought my car in with major grinding on a rear brake. Had been taking my car to a different local shop that charges less money but they had already serviced my brakes 2 times in 4 years and now they were grinding again! Lesson learned, you get what you pay for! M&M was great in every way. They were careful with my car and honest about the worst case scenario with their estimates and made sure I was aware before going forward. I appreciate that they send electronic estimates through text message that you can approve and sign off on immediately item by item. It turned out they were able to save my caliper and they came in way below their own estimate. They fixed my car with high end parts and top quality service, and they were friendly and helpful all the way. I'm never taking my car anywhere else after this experience! The staff at M&M Car Care Center were polite, honest, professional and more reasonable with their prices for my Mini Cooper than any other in the Region. I had mistakenly left a bank envelope with money in it on the front seat, it was still there untouched when they had finished my oil change. I won't go anywhere else. This shop is the best!

I saw them because my car was no longer blowing cold air. This is the second time this has happened to my car and they were able to check for leaks and they did not find one. They recharged my A/C and it now works great. They quoted me a 1.5 hour wait but they finished in a little under an hour which was great as they were considerate of my appointment time and getting me on my way. My first visit here and my last. I was quoted a price that was doubled eventually, and my car was in the repair bay for three days with no correct diagnosis and or repairs. The location manager was so rude and did not keep me updated as to the progress of the work I needed performed. When I called to check on my car, I was placed on hold for over 20min. without anyone returning to the phone. And then when I took my car to another repair shop the mechanic noticed a chip in my glass. The shop offered to replace the glass however I don't feel comfortable with them working on my car. Never ever again. My issue was the driver window would not roll up and down. I tried to post no stars it made me post 1. Service: Auto power window repair
