6 Best auto repair shop in Merrillville, Indiana (IN) 2024

If I could give zero stars I would. Terribly disappointed and have not received our money back from the warranty we were given. A family friend recommended going here. They were supposed to install a few parts on my Toyota and did absolutely nothing after checking the car myself. Only thing was the muffler sat up higher. They had the car for over 2 weeks! There was also a new dent on my door panel. Terrible customer service will never go there ever again. ~Irithylle

The staff at M&M Car Care Center were polite, honest, professional and more reasonable with their prices for my Mini Cooper than any other in the Region. I had mistakenly left a bank envelope with money in it on the front seat, it was still there untouched when they had finished my oil change. I won't go anywhere else. Excellent Service!! Victor, Dylan and Kenny went above and beyond to get our college bound son's car ready and back on the road safely. We came into the Schereville store after receiving bad service at another Car-X location. They went out of their way to rectify our situation. It was greatly appreciated. Decent experience but I have no idea why my oil change was $75 with a filter. My car is a 1999 CR-v but i did need high mileage oil. So maybe that is why but still. Also they didn't do half the stuff on their check list that's included with the oil change, I had to continue to ask to do other stuff. ~Kibbles

Honestly wasn’t expecting much with there being a car shortage in all, but Adam and Joey took care of me. I wanted to just look at cars but was instantly sold on the car they new was the right choice! All of that just from me telling them what I wanted! I couldn’t have asked for any better service! They treated me like family and I would 11/10 recommended this place to anyone who wants to buy a car! ~Sharkboy
