Unfortunately I forgot the name of the nice man that sold my car back in March-ish of 2019 to give the appropriate praise (he stated he has a Trax too) but he was very professional and provided me w/ the best price for my brand new 2019 Chevy Trax Ltd all black suv w/ sunroof that I ABSOLUTELY ADORE!! I came here a few times to get it serviced as well. Update: His name is Chris!

I had heard some good things about Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Merrillville from some co-workers. Having had not the best experience at a dealership a few blocks from my home I decided to check them out. James Ireland is an awesome person to work with! I called ahead of time about a car I saw online, he greeted my wife and I by name when we arrived, asked if he could get anything for us before we sat down to discuss price, trade in, financing and options. He was not pushy, didn’t try to steer me into something I didn’t want. He is polite, knowledgeable, attentive, and a great personality. Not only was my experience with James great, but my entire experience with Mike Anderson was above average. All the staff that I interacted with was very outgoing and friendly knowledgeable and quick. I Strongly recommend buying with Mike Anderson! (And ask for James, you won’t be disappointed!)

Had an amazing experience here. Leighton was an amazing worker. Came in looking to buy my first car on my own and he did not hesitate to help. Helped me find a car I loved. We got the paperwork started and I mentioned I was a little tight on a time frame and he made sure we got everything that needed to be done, done to make sure I could walk out that day with the car. Would definitely go again!

I am truly grateful every time I go to the dealership. As always, Carl W. in auto shop is always checking in on me when I come into the building. In this case, I needed the body shop for my truck repair. From the first interaction with Chris M. to the last, he was always a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, was honest, and was very kind. He made my situation easy to handle. This was my first interaction with him and he gave me the best service. He promised me a timeline and he stuck with that commitment. I appreciate Chris M and Carl W and would recommend the both of them to anybody looking for service at your facility.

I am so pleased with Janelle Norton my sales representative. She went beyond the call of duty to make sure all my concerns were addressed. My first experience with her was a few months ago (Feb 2022),when I went in to purchase my Chevy Tahoe 2022. I was so pleased with her that I mentioned I was also interested in a 2022 Chevy Spark. She was able to make my wish come true by helping me order my Sparky and was truthful from the start. She did tell me it would take 2 or 3 months because of all the back orders due to the pandemic. But she kept me up to date on a weekly if not daily basis. She responded to all my texts in a timely fashion. Now, I'm thinking of going electric and when I'm ready I am coming back to Mike Anderson Chevy and having g Janelle take care of me.

My husband hit a pot hole and got a flat tire just north of this dealership VERY early one morning in January. We hobbled to the dealership and waited in the car until some very nice men working to clear the snow allowed us to go inside to wait for the shop to open and warm up. The staff made us feel like we had been lifelong customers and got us on our way as quickly as they could. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership for their integrity, fairness, and most of all, customer service!

I recommend Mike Anderson Chevrolet. After, having a not so pleasant experience at other car dealerships I was reluctant to go to another. A couple of my friends recommended this facility. When I walked in I was greeted by Big Rob the sales manager. Rob introduced me to Rafael! Rafael is kind, patient and understanding. He never pressured me into buying a car. He listened to my concerns. After several hours I could not decide what I wanted. We ended up choosing 2020 Chevy Equinox. I am so thankful I went to Mike Anderson today!
