My husband and I were having engine issues with our truck on a Saturday morning. We were on our way south and were about 7 hours from home and 8 hours until our destination. We were unable to get any dealers i. The area that we were to help us. We heard the normal excuses, “We dont have time” or “ We don’t have the staff because it’s a weekend”. We called the dealership in Kentland, Indiana as a last ditch effort before being stranded for a few days. Braden Grayless the service manager, was more than happy to help us. He was able to get us back on the road with very minimal charges and only 2 hours. He also gave us a car to use while we were waiting. We would highly recommend this dealership.

I tried shopping local but they took me for the last time! The service department is terrible. They replaced both universal joints in my truck and 30,000 miles and 1 year they wouldn’t stand behind their work! Never again!

Misdiagnosed a fouled spark plug as a cylinder issue. Tune up at another location would have AND DID fix the issue. $102 wasted.
