The food is usually pretty good, but they take a long time! This last time we ordered ahead and when we got there, the food wasn't ready. When we got home, our fries were so cold it felt like they had been sitting out for a couple of hours. Normally, the fries are amazing. Still a great place to grab a burger and ice cream, just be prepared to wait and make sure your fries are fresh!

Felt a tug with my very first bite and was absolutely delighted to learn that Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers now provides complimentary floss! Startled by the unexpected prize, I pulled my burger away to find a one-inch thread, teasing me from the depths of my cooked patty. Like the Kinder Eggs and Wonder Balls of yore, I could hardly contain my excitement as I pulled, and pulled, and pulled...until, finally, thank God at last, the full 7-inch hair was revealed! Beautiful, truly--phenomenal structural integrity in each molecule of this black filament; this, this was an employee with flawless personal hygiene and excellent conditioner. I could not contain myself and immediately took to my camera app, hoping to document every angle of this rare treat. I tossed my burger aside to show my boyfriend, a truly well-maned man, his competition. Enamored by this miracle, I can only hope that you, reader, are as lucky. 10 out of 10 dentists recommend Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.

Full disclaimer: we totally understand that it’s hot and the custard will melt… that’s not the issue…. Only one item out of four was correct, although it tipped over and spilt half of it in the drink carrier(see picture). One item was missing all together, one item was missing half the toppings and the other item was missing 4 toppings and came as plain vanilla custard… people want to make $15 an hour but can’t get this right. Not sure if it’s lack of staff or just not taking the time to ensure quality control but the Freddy’s I know isn’t like this… please do better.

Everyone has a bad day. Today, freddys didnt live up to its standards. This was the only time they messed up our order. So you get a pass. I still like this place but please take time to verify the orders. We ordered a patty melt without onions and got full blown onions.

This was our first time at a Freddy's. This place is amazing! The burgers were excellent and the fries were perfect. Jalapeño fry sauce is spot on... And the custard didn't disappoint! The staff was great as well, we will be back.

We love Freddy's!! We try to go once a week. Sometimes I sneak away from my daughter and I go without her just to treat myself!! They have the best burgers so try the California burger or try the Hot Dogs! You cannot go wrong with either one. They have milkshakes too! Enjoy. God Bless.

Came here with the family because we had a craving for steak burgers, but unfortunately they were not what they used to be and everything was extremely filthy inside. None of the tables had been wiped and all had sticky messes on them and Crumbs from previous customers. Floors were sticky and disgusting as well as booths and walls having black grossness dripping down them. It would be nice if management even cared enough to take a look at the dining room area and have the staff do simple things to clean up.

I like this burgers ,they taste better than others places near them . Really recommended especially the combos#1, regular # 3 California style yummy 😋 with that 1000 island dressing it make it taste much better.And those skinny fries are good can't stop eating them and with that Pepsi ,ufffaleon 👌💯🍔🍟🥤

It has happened too often lately… my fries were old or overcooked and the burger box was really dirty. Their prices have gone up and their patties are thinner. Definitely not worth the $24 I paid for the small combo through DoorDash. I gave them two stars because they used to be my favorite, but mainly because they added a FrySauce even though I had forgotten to order one! Of course my thoughts were that the cook probably thought “I messed up her fries, she will need this to pass them down” but I still appreciate it the fry sauce!
