This is a very sad day for me today. My Schertz TX Chick-fil-A let me down for the first time ever! . Whoever fixed sandwich should be ashamed.

Chick-fil-A is one of the best fast food places to eat. They are constant, hot, fresh and fast. I ate the sandwich with waffle fries and a tea. These are my favorites. Tea is always freshly made. The drive thru usually is full but the line goes fast. Use the app to order ahead if you know you are going because you can pull up, check in and they bring your food right out. I just was doing a job in the area and decided to stop in. My entire family likes Chick-Fil-A! Try it if you like chicken.

Always the best, most personable service inside and outside!! It is always a joy to go there!! Oh yeah, and the food is really good too!!😆 I also got a free strawberry shake for my Birthday!!

I LOVED that the children’s play area is open again. I have been checking for the last year periodically and I found this location does have an open play area. What disturbed me though and frustrated me was the lack of thought when it came to the visibility into the play area. As a mother, no matter how safe they may seem to be I want to make SURE that my kids are safe by having my eyes on them. I have included a picture of the ridiculous amount of stuff blocking my view of my children. Why have windows??? I was that chic pushing the garbage cans a little to the left so that I can have a sliver of visibility to my children. AND THEN! The workers put the high chairs right there!!!!!!!!! C’mon! There must be some policy about obstructing view? I am sorry to be that Karen but they must move that junk if I’m going to return with my kids.

Service was fantastic, as always. Food was a major disappointment. Stopped for breakfast. One order of chicken minis was stale. The other order was falling apart. The coffee was lukewarm. I love Chick Fila, just not this time

Manager Ray is very friendly and a very hard worker for his young family. Loved that he chatted with my husband and I while we ate our ice cream cones and ask us to come back again and see him. Very friendly atmosphere!!

I stopped by on a hot saturday with my family and encountered zero problems. The drive thru was full and long and there were plenty of customers in the lobby. Despite how busy it was, the wait in line was quick and my wait for my order was even faster. I barely had time to sit down. My food was hot, fresh and delicious and it was the same for my family's orders. The lobby was all clean, the service was great and the employees were all friendly. This was one of my best experiences at chik-fil-a. I strongly recommend this location and I wish all fast food restaurants would follow this model.

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to, not only because I like the sandwiches but because the personnel is extremely attentive. We waited very little for our meal and the manager apologized for the delay and send some cookies to make up for it. Every person, when thanked would reply "my pleasure"😍 Love it so much. Keep up the wonderful work 👏👏👏

Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered two breakfast meals with a yogurt parfait. Very disappointed! Hash browns were old and overcooked! The chicken minis were old, and the biscuit for my chick en biscuit was undercooked. Never have I ever had this experience with Chic-fil-a before. Might as well have thrown my $17 down the drain.

On several occasions my fries have never been completely filled like I showed in the picture and overall all food has been cold and soggy. At this point I think I have given plenty of opportunity to redeem themselves. But it’s clear this is a consistent thing at this location. Being that I was a previously employed with Chick-fil-A at another location very close by, I know this is not the kind of customer service Chick-fil-A has been built on.
