High quality wood furniture. My family was in need of a new kitchen table. We wanted something that was going to last us for a while and was made in the USA. My wife had stopped in a few different stores, but could not find what she was looking for. We had driven by this place, but had not been here, so I suggested she check it out. She received excellent customer service and found a table and chairs she really liked. I came back with her to order it and again, the customer service was excellent. We ordered our table and chairs and were told it would be 6 weeks since they were made to order by the Amish. When we ordered the table and chairs, we had the opportunity to finish them ourselves or have Starkwood finish them. We decided to finish them ourselves. They gave us great advice and we were able to purchase everything we needed in store. After staining the table we had a slight issue (of our own making), so we brought the table back to the store and they finished it for us for a fee. It turned out great! We are incredibly happy with the quality of our table and chairs and are thankful for the customer service at Starkwood. If you are looking for quality wood furniture, this is the first place you should shop.

Quality furniture but terrible customer service. I ordered 5 barstools that were to be painted by Starkwood. It was 8 – 10 week order time. No problem there. I went to pick them up and was disappointed with the quality of the paint job. If they put 2 coats on they should have put on 3. The only person in the store was the man who had painted the stools. I told him I wasn’t pleased with the finish and could I speak to the owner. He told me they don’t do perfection! He called the owner and said the owner would be here in 15-20 minutes. Then he turned off all the lights in the store and asked us to wait outside. He locked up and left. The owner came and I explained that I wasn’t happy with the paint job. He also said they don’t do perfection and that my two options were---- take them or don’t take them. Really disappointed. I will be painting them again myself.
