I have been coming here for years. I love the personal feel of the experience. The workers and tax preparers there do a wonderful job. Once, they even re-did mine with an addendum and I received extra money. They did this well after the fact, at no cost to me. This was a totally wonderful surprise. The service here is top notch, and I will continue to come here.

Their rates are extremely high and the owners wife is extremely rude. They tried very hard for a few years to remove my 1st review and they finally succeeded, but here we are again. They sat us in an office no larger than a 1970s guest bathroom with no tub or shower. The lady's stench was of coffee and cigarettes, but she was nice yet arrogant. I was explaining to her that I went to H&R block once and they told me it would cost $90 and I was like wow that's high for one person, and this lady looked at me said well our cost is $240 per person.... ugh excuse me? The owners wife was trying to do me a "favor" of giving me a 10% discount.... ugh excuse me? $480 for me and my wife, we obviously left and never came back, all of these 5 star review on here are from their friends and family

Service is great, they have a drop off service which is very convenient for me because i work afternoons and dont have much time to go and do my taxes. I dropped off my papers and the following day I received a call that everything was done and ready and i just had to go sign and pay and it only took 5 minutes. Great service and Indira Abanto was quick to explain my returns, thank you and see you next tax season.

Don't do it my husband and I had our taxes done her for a few years years back. They messed our taxes up bad. The people who work there are not CPAs they operate under one person's license. After they screwed everything up and the IRS was contacting us they wouldn't even make us copies of things to fax to the IT'S to fix the problem. We saved about $50 having them file our taxes but it cost us thousands in the end.
