Best tax preparation service in Merrillville, Indiana (IN) 2024

Their rates are extremely high and the owners wife is extremely rude. They tried very hard for a few years to remove my 1st review and they finally succeeded, but here we are again. They sat us in an office no larger than a 1970s guest bathroom with no tub or shower. The lady's stench was of coffee and cigarettes, but she was nice yet arrogant. I was explaining to her that I went to H&R block once and they told me it would cost $90 and I was like wow that's high for one person, and this lady looked at me said well our cost is $240 per person.... ugh excuse me? The owners wife was trying to do me a "favor" of giving me a 10% discount.... ugh excuse me? $480 for me and my wife, we obviously left and never came back, all of these 5 star review on here are from their friends and family ~georgi
