OFF BRAND Pilot flying J doesn't cover it. garbage management. she would rather call me crazy then admit the system wasn't calling showers after standing there being proven wrong. I'll never get a shower at a one 9 location again after burning 2 shower credits at this dump.

Zero stars should be an option here. I will never spend another dime in a One9 store again thanks to the terrible service and experience here.

I just thought that the manager, Lynn, deserved a little recognition. She was super friendly and helpful. She got a call off and knew she had to work an extra shift and still kept a smile on her face. Thanks for being a delight.

From Chicago, fuel is close to border and way cheaper than where I am from. Hot food depends when you go, convenience items are expensive because the fuel is cheap im guessing. Ladies that work here are always nice.

7.50 for small rost pot Shower with use towels on it . People look nice I don't like the business model to overcharged for things 😕 So instead I drive to next pilot and fill up add this fuel stop as last resort 😒 😑 For the corp is the small soup 🍲 cup not the plate Trying to gain in small big in the side service push me to go do the Xtra mile away from here

Better for sure since renovations but still have to fix the hot water takes forever to warm up probably will start avoiding here again now times than not food looks like it's been sitting there longer then recommended shelf time. Another big thing is I wish they would wear hairnets when serving food and they just hunch right over your plate

A truck stop just for trucks, diesel number 2 only! This place is small but so worth the stop if your needing fuel, def at the pumps, a hot meal, or a quiet place to sleep. Arrived about 445pm and plenty of parking still available. Huge spots and easy to get into. Have a hot and fresh deli with tables to sit at. Had the loaded potato soup and mac and cheese. Both home made and very yummy. They also had chicken fish burgers meatloaf and a bunch of sides. Store was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Pumps in working order. No one bothered me on my 10 hour. More truck stops should be like this. They also have showers and can use and earn pilot points here.

Actually like how the parking is laid out. Even though it's small, you still have plenty of room for backing. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Everything was clean and very well maintained: the outside, inside and the ladies restroom. Great job! 👍

Second time parking visit here. Awesome truck stop plenty of truck parking 50 spots including paid easy backing. Friendly people staff management clean showers hot food etc. Would highly recommend this Pilot en route i80 Iowa truckers
