Kevin Graff is the best barber I have ever went to. He will give you the freshest/cleanest fade you could ask for. A very friendly guy who can make great conversation while getting your cut so you don’t get bored. I’ve never had a bad haircut from him. I miss getting haircuts from him. 10/10 recommend!! Highly recommend this joint for a haircut etc. due to my extreme work hours, I am unable to do much of anything during the week or weekend. But mark heard me out, and although he was on his way out, he took his personal time out of his day to stay in and take me in on a last minute haircut that I very much needed. He didn’t have to do that but he insisted, and he knocked it out the park! Took his time, and gave me a great fade. Super impressed. Very personal and just an overall great experience. He has great attention to detail, fair prices, great customer service, and does the best fades and skin fades I have gotten. Only place in Reno I will go for a haircut now. I rarely post reviews, positive or negative, but it’s been a long time coming that I gave a review for Brian at Cutz. I’ve been to a lot of barbers in my years and as most people know it’s hard to find a good one. A lot seem great at first, but after a while they show their true colors. I’ve been seeing Brian for almost a year now (when he was at another location before cutz) and man there isnt a more professional, caring, nice guy out there that’ll give you a A1 cut. When I say caring, I’ve never had a barber actually care about your exact opinion, ask you questions, explain what he’s doing, sharing his knowledge throughout the cut, and simply just having a great conversation with. I recommend Brian to the fullest. After a year he’s been the same guy as when I went to him the first time, as real as it gets and is absolutely a PRO at giving cuts. It comes natural to him. My son had long hair when we came in and showed a picture of a longer hair hair cut. It looked nothing like the pic we showed. They cut off way to much hair and the owners answer was it'll grow back! We wont return here. Service: Haircut

Flew in from Montana, couldn't find anywhere with an open spot on Friday. Mark called me Saturday morning and said he had a cancellation. Got there right away. Mark gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten and then tells me it's half price for making me wait. Mark is a rock star. Highly recommend. Service: Haircut

It's funny, if you read all these reviews you'll notice that Mark's name is mentioned with five star ratings many times. It's the same here. Mark was very personable took his time and made sure that I got the cut I wanted and it was perfect. He's not just being a yes man to you he genuinely wants to give you a good haircut and he genuinely loves what he does. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good haircut at a good price. So if you want to go to the "super" duper places, or you want to be a "sport" you can but my opinion if you really want a "great clip" Mark is your Man. Loyal customer for life.
