Mechanical work should not be done here. They may be good at tires, I don’t know, but don’t ever have mechanical work done here. Took my diesel to have a quick oil, filter and fuel filters changed. In at 10, out at 12. And when I asked how both fuel filters looked, they said there’s only one and changed only one. He said it was an hour job, so guess the oil change was an hour too. Saw they had trouble with the fuel filter as they are not qualified. He said there is only one fuel filter, but when I google how many fuel filters does a diesel have, it says 2. Way more than I have ever spent on an oil and fuel filter change and that was always two filters. DON’T GO HERE FOR MECHANICAL WORK!!!

Great service! My daughter had issues with two of her tires and I called Mike and he assured me he would take care of her. My daughter had never gone in for a repair on her own and they made sure she did not feel overwhelmed. They were able to repair both of her tires and at a fair price.

Mike and Doug were wonderful to work with. They were professional and personable. Mike gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. (The actual bill was a little less than I expected.) I had some complicated issues with my car and they did an excellent job repairing it. Mike even let me use a vehicle while the work was being done. Thanks to the management and technicians who put me back on the road!!!

I had a great experience with Tandem.. Mike went above and beyond making me feel like I didn't haven't to worry about what was being done to my vehicle. He reached out and kept me updated and assured me that if I had any concerns, to come back and he would take care of it!! Mike (manager) is absolutely the best to work with. I’m always right in. Everything taken care of in a very timely manner. Haven’t had any problems with anything. Tandem Tire has done all my tires,for truck, car and LQ trailer plus oil changes and replacing an old Tonneau cover. I’d definitely recommend them to everyone.

Non-repairable tire (nail in sidewall).. tire ordered, delivered and on within 24 hours at a reasonable price. Re-torque the next day (took 2 minutes). Amazing Customer Service! I am super busy and my car is my lifeline.. you saved the day! Thank You!

These guys REALLY went the extra mile for me! Went in for an oil change and A/C check, then decided to have the lug nuts retorqued. Turned out that I didn't have what they needed to get the lug nuts off. A dishonest place would've charged me 60 dollars for a kit, but they looked around the shop and found what they needed. They only charged me 15 bucks for the part. A big THANK YOU to Dylan, Mike, and the crew, for your superior service and honesty!

When you find honest mechanics, let people know! I had an unknown issue with my vehicle, they ran diagnostics, were very communicative and we're more than fair in every aspect. Someone referred her to them and I'm glad they did!
