Never going to another Ulta again! Metro Crossing is amazing!!! I was in the store today-just to by Sun Bum lip balm- but ended up leaving with a curling iron and a bottle of perfume. Not sure how that happened but also, I'm not questioning it. Anyway, the curling iron I was interested in had a tag listed at one price but the tag on the shelf listed another price-a higher price. I asked for clarification just to make sure I was looking at the correct item in my Ulta shopping euphoric state and I was. They apologized for the mix up AND honored the item at the (lower) price on the tag...without me even asking?! They just know good customer service and clearly value their guests. Lastly, they staff was putting away shipment and still took time away from their tasks to help their customers. The A-Team was definitely working today, great job everyone!!!

Scheduled an appointment for a brow wax, I arrived early for my appointment and Deborah instructed me to sit in the chair..... She got my appointment mixed up with another appointment and ended up waxing half of my upper lip..... When the wax was applied I said "what are you doing, I am only here for a brow wax". To which she replied that she got her appointments mixed up.

They may have been short handed the day I was there. No help to be found anywhere except at the cash register. Better luck next time.

They have great service although the beauticians change frequently. You can keep one beautician all the time. Clean environment and very happy staff. Everyone is extremely helpful

Never really been impressed with Ulta beauty. And on my last trip still wasn't impressed. A young lady told me the product I was looking for was sold out even online. However I ordered the same product through Sephora online and it was delivered to my front door the same day. So kudos to Sephora!

I booked a simple haircut over a month ago. When I got there, I was turned away since the stylist was out that day (which happens, I get it). I was annoyed that they didn't contact me, but they were really nice and offered 20% off when I rescheduled. So I rescheduled and got multiple confirmation texts and emails. I went to the store for my appointment and they said that they don't even offer salon services anymore?! So I had to leave AGAIN. I'm just absolutely livid that no one contacted me that my appointment was canceled and that I even got a confirmation text that morning. My hair is blue and I absolutely hate it and I have been looking forward to getting the color cut off😭

HUGE shout out to Haley, Ellie and the salon crew for helping a wedding party last minute! They really went the extra mile in working with our schedule and make it all smooth for us.
