Best unisex hairdresser in Council Bluffs, Iowa (IA) 2024

Never going to another Ulta again! Metro Crossing is amazing!!! I was in the store today-just to by Sun Bum lip balm- but ended up leaving with a curling iron and a bottle of perfume. Not sure how that happened but also, I'm not questioning it. Anyway, the curling iron I was interested in had a tag listed at one price but the tag on the shelf listed another price-a higher price. I asked for clarification just to make sure I was looking at the correct item in my Ulta shopping euphoric state and I was. They apologized for the mix up AND honored the item at the (lower) price on the tag...without me even asking?! They just know good customer service and clearly value their guests. Lastly, they staff was putting away shipment and still took time away from their tasks to help their customers. The A-Team was definitely working today, great job everyone!!! ~Laura
