My 2yr old grandson and I came in to purchase flowers for some very special people and Jennifer was very helpful, patient and kind. She even helped by writing the persons name on the outside of the card while I wrote it as I kept an eye on my grandson. Thanks Jennifer

I'm sure the grocery part of the store might be ok. My husband and I stopped here to eat while in town. It was not appealing at all. I tried the Asian food market and my husband ordered a pizza. The beef and the chicken both smelled like canned dog food and tasted even worse. There are no prices or menus posted in the Asian food market so I assumed they had what the hyvee in Muscatine had. I told the counter person I wanted the one entrée meal but he insisted I get two. Otherwise I would have only had one helping of slop to waste. After the counter person finally came to the counter so we could get the pizza she said we could go ahead and have a seat. We assumed, especially since they had zero other customers they would let us know when it was ready. Nope. It was just sitting on the counter in the box. Cheese not even all the way cooked through. Not melted. So I don't think we will be coming back to this store. Thanks hyvee but no thanks. I'll stick to the other stores.

Been shopping at this store for over 25 years. I have never been more disappointed than I am now since the the remodel. All the good cashiers I went to are gone and fewer cashier attended registers are not a way to to obtain " A smile in every isle" as far as I and others are concerned. You've gone to hiring young KIDS that could careless about customer service and making sure the customer will come back. Their only looking at the almighty paycheck and sorry folks, they are over paid now for the little effort they provide. The pharmacy??? That's a whole other story in itself. I have.never had more problems getting my prescriptions as I do now. Bring the previous manger back. He knew his customers and they trusted him, I do not trust at all the new manager. Been lied to way 2 any times. Am seriously considering changing stores.

My new favorite grocery store, if only they had one in NE Indiana around Fort Wayne where we live. We stopped here while in the area and I just fell in love with all the various fresh made options in their different deli areas. There wasn’t just a meat and cheese , but they had comfort foods, seafood , veggies, meats, bakery, and more . Not to mention their cook to order hibachi station . The liquor area was huge and had a great selection . The staff was also friendly and helpful too. When we are in an area that has one we will definitely go back.

Hyvee is mainly to expensive for my taste, but I do go here when they have a sale that I like. They were the only store around that had V8 energy drinks that my husband likes & Customer Service put them aside for me to pickup after work!! So that was great & I appreciate great service like that👍👍

We only stopped for the in-house Starbucks, used the bathroom and got our drinks. They were a clean and efficient facility. Service at the Starbucks was superb. Drinks were made perfectly. If I lived in the area and wasn't just passing through, I would definitely frequent this store and the Starbucks within. 🙂

3-2021...This store is under a compete renovation. They have already added made to order Habachi Grill and a maid to order gourmet pizza place, MIA. A Starbucks will be added soon. Love the dining upgrades that have been made so far.
