They were a recommendation from 3 different friends of mine. Of course everyone has an "urgent" situation, but the management was made aware of my 1500 mile trek back to the west coast in my F150 I had just purchased. They went out of there way to take care of the important things, and save my money on the rest. You cannot ask for a more honest, and straightforward, shop anywhere in the country. Good, fair pricing with quality workmanship. This shop is definitely the best in town.

I’ve come here a few times now and it’s definitely my new go-to place. The people here are really nice and I can get my car in super quick, most times the day I call. I’ve always had really good service, super understanding people. You won’t have anything done to your car without you knowing and finding out when it’s time to pay which has been the case at other places I’ve gone to. Joe was very courteous at the front end of the shop. Guys in the back did a good thorough job on my vehicle. Found what seemed to be a leftover birds nest on one of the air filters, which should have been checked prior to this visit at another shop. I've never had such a good experience with an auto shop before! I went in with noise concerns that my vehicle was making, and the technician discovered a severe safety problem. I know very little about cars, but Brian and Joe walked me through the problems they found with my car, letting me ask questions and giving me a chance to understand what was going on. The team there proved their dedication to customer safety when they stayed a bit past closing to make sure my car was road safe and ready for me the same night. Midas is great. I took my daughter’s car in yesterday for an oil change and a safety check - it has over 175 thousand miles on it. I was expecting the worse but it came back with a clean bill of health. So many other places would have “found” other things that needed to be fixed so I was impressed that Joe and Brian said that there was regular maintenance to perform but she could “drive the car to California”, as Joe put it. Joe and Brian also told my daughter that she could bring the car in whenever she wanted to get the oil checked and have it topped off, if necessary. For free! Note: my daughter’s car has an oil leak that would cost a fortune to fix. So all in all I think Midas is a great place to go to fix your car. I highly recommend it. Service: Oil change

I have had issues with Midas in the past with different managers but my past 2-3 experiences have been great. As a woman with a car you can visibly tell had been in an accident recently (hit and run, pls don't drink and drive! it impacts innocent people!) Anyway, I went in to get a simple oil change--most women like myself hate taking our cars in ourselves because we 100000% expect to get taken advantage of/ripped off --in ways less likely to happen to men. Because of the visible damage to my car I expected just that. Instead I got to overhear a conversation where the manager (I presume) was dreading the conversation he had to have with a customer where they found other issues that would cost the customer more. He felt bad about having to deliver bad news. I genuinely felt as though he wasn't in the business of ripping people off, this eased my mind as I waited on my car. Sure enough when it was time to check out I didn't get a long list of serious things I "needed to get done immediately" or else xyz. He simply told me things that I would need to keep and eye on that would need work down the line. Told if I needed anything else I could always call/come back. I paid for my simple oil change, he wished me a good day and I went home.

Midas was able to save me money on my shock replacement. I was told that the bolts were seized, but Doc was able to get them loose, saving me money on extra parts. I was having some other work done, but they were able to get my shocks replaced at the same time, so they also saved me time. Service: Steering & suspension repair
