Best tire shop in Davenport, Iowa (IA) 2024

Most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen in an service department. I needed to get a four flat hooked up to get the lights working for my new trailer. I called up and the guy looked up the part he needed and made an appointment for 8 am on a Monday. I show up on Monday at 8 o’clock and they say it will be a half hour so I say I will wait. An hour later after wandering around and sitting around in the parking lot where there are no picnic tables, I noticed they still hadn’t brought my car in. I go back and ask them if they had and they said not yet. I said OK, well I had an appointment at eight. He was very rude and snarky and said he will get to it when he can. A half hour later I get a call and they had never ordered the part and said that they wouldn’t be able to do it. They said they would order the part and pay for the $50 for labor. After not hearing from them for a couple weeks I called them and they said they would call me back. After another week I’m not hearing from them, I called again and finally get a hold of somebody and he says they have the part in and to make an appointment the next day. So being that I didn’t have a ride and they said it would be two hours of work I stuck my bike in the car and rode 15 miles back home. I get a call 45 minutes later that it is done. Great! Low in behold the lights don’t work. So now I have talked to two different managers and I still don’t have lights. I have spent over four hours of my time calling and waiting. If you need any work done, go somewhere else. It’s not worth it. The staff is rude and unknowledgeable, and they will sit and stare at you as you wait and not come help you as if you are invisible. ~Jordan

We called to see options and how soon we could get in. Spoke with Vikki and squeezed us in the same day. We were purchasing new winter tires to go on our jeep which we had new rims we ordered already online to go with them so we were purchasing only the tires. But she did offer different rims if we did not like what we had to go with their tires. She was extremely informative!!! Very knowledgeable!!! Answered all questions we had in all the options we questioned about the tire options for the jeep. Great personality! Was an extremely great experience! We were just planning on dropping jeep off an come back next day or two when fit in but that team was great! Fit us in their schedule and out the same day! ~Tracy

I’ve come here a few times now and it’s definitely my new go-to place. The people here are really nice and I can get my car in super quick, most times the day I call. I’ve always had really good service, super understanding people. You won’t have anything done to your car without you knowing and finding out when it’s time to pay which has been the case at other places I’ve gone to.
