Today I called a few minutes after they open so I wouldn't wait long and still was on hold for like 30 minutes just for them to answer. When they answered no one was talking directly to me and I was hearing them talk to other customers about their medicine. I called again and was on hold for 45 minutes. (For it to be just one caller ahead of me) They need to get it together. I also don't like how I call and be told my medications will be done on a certain day but when I call they say another date.

This Walgreens is better than most. The Walgreens chain is trying to make all the stores the same, but this store is the best of the ones that I visit.

I stopped in because I caught a head cold going around. I asked the pharmacist what was working best for people. He then began to recommend 5 DIFFERENT MEDICINES!! When I asked if Dayquil would work since it covers everything my allergy meds didn't, he then again listed off 5 different meds. I sat in the pharmacy waiting area and Googled all the ingredients in the Dayquil and who knew!!! Not one of them was a duplicate of the allergy meds I normally take like the pharmacist said! Dayquil worked just fine.

What is going on with the Walgreens pharmacy?!? A doctor sends a script in a patient needs & they claim it’s not even there, except it is there just haven’t started working on it. You people need to get it together. It’s not right. HORRIBLE “service” if I could give you zero stars I would.

Scheduled an appointment online for a covid test. Received my confirmation email with the time. Arrived early, as instructed. Pharmacy doesn't open until later in the morning. No notice or call or email. Had a car in front and behind me in the drive up waiting for 45 minutes waiting for someone to show up.

I don't recommend getting your VA prescription filled here. The doctor faxed my prescription to to store. Waited in line over an hour to be told "now that we have your insurance information we will start filling your prescription". Had to wait over an hour again to be able to pick up my prescription. My VA provided photo ID wasn't sufficient to pick up the prescription. I had to confirm with the house number from an address which was no longer valid. Recommend you just have the prescription sent overnight.

I have been to this Walgreens twice. The first, the cashier on his first day was clearly overwhelmed, under-trained, and left alone with a long line. The next, I came in for a scheduled vaccine appointment on a Saturday only to discover that the pharmacy hours had recently been changed to exclude weekends and it was closed. I received an email just 2 days before reminding me to come to my appointment on that day. Three other people with appointments stood outside the pharmacy confused with me.

Comfortable, not rushed, peasant shopping. Even the customers at Walgreens are patient and understanding during checkout and while browsing. Walgreens stores are not only pharmacies, but they have greeting cards, and a selection of quick gift ideas. (Hey! Why don't they add a gift wrap station at the photo counter, you purchase the wrap and bow then they wrap it for you). They also have refrigerator food items plus snacks, and great deals on paper products.

SLOWEST AND MOST RUDE PHARMACY IVE EVER USED! Jaylynn needs to learn proper customer service! I got out of the hospital at 3pm. They sent my script over before I was discharged. I went home because I needed to rest from being there all day. I received a message saying my insurance wasn’t going through. I called and she asked me to bring my insurance card in 45 minutes and it would be ready. So I drove up here, mind you it’s been 4 hours since I got out of the hospital. It’s STILL NOT READY! I waited another hour for antibiotics I need! I’ll can’t stand this Walgreens. Turns out it’s been ready since 6.

This particular Walgreens was a particular disappointment. My husband and I entered the store a few minutes after 8 pm. The store was cluttered with carts and merchandise boxes. The register clerk Amber was engaged in conversation with another store employee and neglected to give me my change after my gift card purchase.
