5 Best convenience store in Davenport, Iowa (IA) 2024

DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM THIS PLACE. They are knock offs and will either make you sick, taste burnt, or run out after only a few puffs. The prices are also RIDICULOUSLY high, especially for food being bought from ALDI. They’ll buy .75 cent bread and turn it around selling it for almost $3.00. It’s a huge rip off and waste of your money if your coming for something as simple as a gallon of milk, or a block of cheese. Just go buy it from an actual store. I see multiple items expired every time I go even after I noticed they rotated it. The store is hot and every. single. time. I go, I have people outside begging and even following me into the store for money. The manager is very rude too. I’ll never be back. Zero stars really. ~Shaelyn

So I don't do a ton of reviews and I really hope someone from management sees this review and I will also go out of my way to let them know my feelings as well but I work nearby this location and stop in quite frequently. The associates are always helpful and very friendly. I know three of them by name and have had some very positive experiences with them. First off I'd like to recognize Lora because the other day I left my wallet in my work truck and had to dig out change for my after work soda and snack. She volunteered to borrow me some money because she knows I come in so much. Talk about service! Also Twila who I personally purchased a vehicle from but believe she was a bit hesitant at first but I told her where I worked and we chatted about where she worked and put two and two together. Bought a fine car for my teenage son and she's awesome. Mike is always friendly and nice to me as well. They all know my habits and have gone out of their way to get ne fresh food or what I needed. Love this place and frequent it dad more then a healthy man should but cheap gas good deals and hit food after a long day of work hit the spot. Great work. Thank you all ~Jeremiah

Picking up doordash is quick and efficient at this location. Friendly staff and good conversation. Gentlemen who are in the kitchen are very kind and a pleasure to deal with. Consistently good service. Highly recommend this location. Noticed food safety and clenliness was a priority. Big plus. ~Callen

Today I called a few minutes after they open so I wouldn't wait long and still was on hold for like 30 minutes just for them to answer. When they answered no one was talking directly to me and I was hearing them talk to other customers about their medicine. I called again and was on hold for 45 minutes. (For it to be just one caller ahead of me) They need to get it together. I also don't like how I call and be told my medications will be done on a certain day but when I call they say another date. ~Rachael
