We had difficulties with this location. We got behind because health problems with my husband that put him in icu in Iowa City and other things. The assistant manager has been rude to us more then once. They say they want to help you other stores we have heard of actually try but not this one. They called people on our reference list and harassed them before calling both of our phones. Times when they would sit outside of our house and not even come to the door. Called corporate then the district manager called us and was helpful and respectful.
