honestly if there was a no star review thats what i would choose. Every time I go in there i feel like i am rushed out the door, or like just being there was a bother. I got a laptop that i ordered online, I was approved and everything for my item but to contact the store to set up pick up. I get there to get it and the manager is in her office, she yells out a few questions, none of which she lets me answer before shouting out the next, I get paid bi-weekly so I wanted to set up the payments accordingly, to which I was told you dont even have a payment for a month. So that never got done and now I will have to make 2 payments every 2 weeks. I have already gotten a few things from here before that are already paid off now, I have never felt this way when dealing with this branch before, I dont know if its a new team or what, but if i didnt need this laptop for school I would give it back so i dont have to deal with any of this anymore.

Exceptional customer service. If something went wrong with my washer or dryer they came and fixed it or replaced with a new one.

Rude as h***, forgot my cord and remote, said they bring it to me. Never did, I had to go get myself after calling them for over a week straight. I couldn't watch it the whole time. Then upon watching it, it started turning itself off. Been calling them for over 2 weeks about it now. They say they will switch it out with a different one and call me back. I get told this every day I call by a different person. Still have a TV o can't watch and paying every week for it. This is ridiculous! They should ha e kept Luis. I want a district manager to call me asap. I'm about to cancel my whe order. This is unacceptable.
