Hours are posted on the door that Saturday they are open from 10 to 3 this been posted for years. Now today I went and the place was locked at 1:30. The person inside was ignoring us outside and just pointed to a hang up sign that said they were closed no reason or anything. Attempted to call the store and again the person inside ignored the phone and wouldn’t pick up. I knocked on the window and told her the hours show 10 to 3 that if she looked on the door she would see it but all she said is we’re closed and called the DM and so I called to inform that hours are to be correctly posted for customers to see she said that these hours were changed over a year ago. I find this false advertising and they need to change their posted hours. I’ve been coming there for a long time and I’m very disappointed in the attitude that was shown. ~Susan

I've been into a lot of car parts stores over the many years that I've been working on cars. I love this store. I love the small town feel, the customer service that I get when I go in here. Every time I go here, I come out of this store feeling great and welcomed. This is a great place. Great employees!!! I'm going to keep coming back. I highly recommend this part store. ~Michael

The fries were cold, two of three sandwiches were made wrong and the only smoothie we ordered was completely melted and not even full. The staff was rude and dismissive. My kids and I have been to this location three times and of those three times, the only time that deserved a 5 star rating was when we came here at 10pm and got milkshakes in the drive-thru. Thank you night shift for being the only redeeming quality here. ~Rainbow

The service has really improved over the last year and that’s a great thing. Food is coming out as it should instead of just thrown together and you get what you get, not what you pay for. It’s nice to not have to worry if the service will be good this time around or not, it’s been great every time recently. ~Dannielle

Telco is a good bank staff very friendly and no matter if there busy they always have a good attitude. Dorothy and Pahola and the Manger of the denison branch is a good team. Always helpful of answering questions. Never had a problem with my bank account thumbs up for the Denison Telco Bank. ~Brandon

Gary and Lou-Anne were salt of the earth zero pressure sales people. If you’re looking for a low overhead new RV dealer with great staff like Kelly, one of their techs, this is the place! We drove almost 800 miles round trip from Chicago because Gary spoke as plain as anyone I ever heard. No Fees of any kind! The price in the ad is the price you pay. He even did his own research the day after my 1st call and said he lowered the price be because a competitor 60 miles away had one for $1000 less! Our local dealer, Camping World in Island Lake, Illinois was exactly $10,000 more for the same year make and model brand new, a 2022 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2608BS. Was it worth the drive? I’d say so!
