Constantly and randomly lose internet. Fairly slow speeds. Not reliable. Will lose internet multiple times at night for 5mins. Sometimes hours.

Howard's Highspeed Internet Service has serious reliability issues and Howard is a crook. Numerous times throughout our short tenure with this company, our service was interrupted due to technical difficulties. We recently requested our service be disconnected. Howard, unbeknownst to us, disconnected our service early, while we were out of town. He then charged us for not being able to retrieve his power supply that was securely stored inside of our house. He has refused to come pick up his power supply from us and asked us to return it to some store in town, at our inconvenience. The early outage caused us to pay some bills late and lead to late fees for those bills. STAY AWAY from this service, I ignored the warnings and it has cost me..Not worth it! We just switched to a different company and now get 10 times the speed for cheaper than we were paying him!!!!
