Went in to buy a television and was ignored by 4 employees that kept walking by or talking to each other. One finally told me that I had to make an appointment if I needed help. Didn’t ask about help with what. Then was told if I wanted a store manager to go find her upfront she’s wearing black. Found her and again didn’t ask what I needed help with just said to make an appointment. Called customer support and they made a document of it and said in no way do I need an appointment to ask questions about buying a tv. The store was also very dirty and nothing is priced. Just a joke of what Best Buy has become over the years.

I was assisted by a young gentleman who was busily working, putting TVs on shelves. He was very courteous, and twice walked me to the items I was seeking. When I couldn't find one that was listed on the website as being in stock, he looked it up for me. He then checked to see if I may have overlooked it. Not finding it, he excused himself to go to the back, and ultimately found the item I sought. He truly went above and beyond to help me. I regret that I can't recall his name, as he deserves recognition for being an exceptional and dedicated employee.

It’s so hard to get anyone to help. We waited one day almost 45 mins for someone to assist and grab an item from the back for us. There were none on the floor but their website said there were 4 in stock. I’ve tried to call ahead before actually driving there to make sure someone is in stock or to ask a question about an item but they almost never answer the phone. Aside from that, staff is friendly and helpful (when you can get someone), they price match, and the store is kept pretty clean. Overall a good shopping experience.

It’s a shell of the Best Buy you may remember from the past. They staff an average of less than one person per department (since many areas aren’t staffed) and there is no longer any level of expertise. The employees are just there to guide you to the general area of what you’re looking for and read information off the tag or website for any insight. It’s not their fault by any means though. Less payroll funding, reduced investment in training, and managers with no time to train make it tough to replicate the experience of the past. That being said they are extremely friendly and if you do a bit of research before coming in it’s definitely worth the visit. Their inventory levels are much better now that the supply chain is equalizing more and more. Note: This review is completely independent of their Geek Squad department. They should be avoided at all costs! The level of incompetence is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and I’m generally mild tempered. You can see my other reviews and note they’re rarely negative.

Great experience. I'm not a frequent shopper there but I give them kudos for their tech support staff for their overall experience and knowledge. They reassured me the product I was about to purchase was not the answer or the correct part. Thanks for being honest and solving this problem for me. I was at Best Buy on Saturday July 9th to get a new phone. Will was the young man that helped me. Made the whole experience easy. Transferred all my contacts and set up the phone, showed me how to use it and answered all my questions. What a joy to find good customer service.

Worst place to ever shop for appliances. Lied to countless times about delivery dates. Still don't have what we paid for WEEKS later (and will soon be a month). When we ordered our appliances, they said everything was in stock, but now miraculously, everything is sold out and delivery dates keep getting pushed out further and further. Everyone we talk to gives a different story. Would NEVER purchase anything from this store ever again, and would advise others to do the same. Worst service ever. Don't expect to have a good experience at this store - because you won't.

I was able to find the product I was looking for. Reasonable priced. But the young man handling my purchase forgot to set the installation date and now I can't get my very expensive radio installed for almost 3 weeks and the manager wouldn't even take the time to talk to me. I have purchased a 2200 tv and 1100 stereo and you can't talk to me very poor customer service

One of the employees (didn't catch the name, unfortunately) was so knowledgeable in helping me find the correct laptop. They let me know their honest opinion on which laptop was the best for what I'm using it for and which laptops were not as great. I absolutely love the one I got! It was reasonable price with reasonable monthly payments.
