I didn't want to buy a new car, and I dreaded having to go through the process, but I had driven my car for 16 years and it was time. I was interested in the Mazda CX5, called the dealership to learn more about the 2 listed on the website and was connected with a salesman named Brady. I'm so glad he's the one who picked up the phone. Brady is genuine, he listened to my concerns, demonstrated integrity, and sincerely wants to give customers the best. He delivered. Zack, the Business Manager, was also fantastic to work with on this purchase. He was thorough, answered all my questions, is a whiz with numbers, and worked very hard to get me the lowest financing interest rate possible. Like Brady, he delivered. Purchasing a car can be overwhelming and stressful but the team at Junge really came through for me. Business relationships work the best when built on trust and they've earned mine. They made it a good experience and we had fun along the way. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Junge. They will take great care of you, like they did me.

I bought a used Mazda back in June of 2020. They did were a wonderful place to purchase a car from. Yesterday, I took it in because it was making some noises when I braked. They took a look and replaced rotors that were warped. Since I had not driven that many miles since buying it, they replaced them for free! They were amazingly nice and helpful. Alicia Thomas was my service advisor and she as so helpful and kept me updated on what was going on. Such a great experience and wonderful place and people!!!

Wonderful, no pressure, buying experience from Kelly Thompson. He did a great job explaining all the features of the vehicle. For a small deposit they held the CX-9 until my insurance claim was completed. Bryon in finance explain how Junge focuses on customer service which was clear in their warranty options. He worked hard to get me the best rate. Sales manager was the best, my kiddo was hungry and begging for McDonald’s so he got him a happy meal so I could finish my car purchase in peace. What a great experience.

About a month and a half ago I bought a car from Junge Cedar Rapids and I had the GREATEST experience! I worked with Jonna P and she was awesome. She made sure every step of the car buying process was easy and straight forward. Being a young female, its easy to get taken advantage of during the purchasing process however, they made me an amazing deal on my 2018 Mazda 3. Further more after buying the car we got into the winter months and I had a chunk of ice get stuck in my blower motor which wasn't allowing my car to get heat to the cabin. I took my car into the service department on a last minutes notice. I had to work in 45 minutes and they didn't have a service loaner due to them all being out with other customers already. The service department offered to take me to work while they worked on my car. I stayed in contact with Mike (service director) who later then offered to deliver my car back to my work when it was finished. I have NEVER received better care with a dealership. I greatly appreciate everything that has been done to make this a wonderful buying experience. I would highly recommend making your next car buying purchase at Junge!
