They lie on their page. Services are not unlimited. 10 mb of data. I can run through that in a day. 8 gb of storage in the phone. That’s filled up when you set the phone up. Take a charger with you and a battery charger or extra battery. It drains fast. It moves slow and laggy. But again hey. It’s free. Calling customer service sucks. They pick up the phone then just leave it on. You can hear people in the background. You can’t understand what they’re saying. They can’t understand you. They lie about services. Just ridiculous. Entouch is another wireless name, “ assist wireless “. All these companies are in with each. Just different names b Thanks. It’s working. I really needed it. Your texting and talk is not that much either. Good notes. : phone came fast. It’s a cheap china phone of course, same phones different names. But it’ll do for now. It’s free. Thanks. Data slow as molasses. For some reason service disconnects then reconnects a few times hour. Hmm. But it works. It’s on T-Mobile network so that should tell you a lot about why the service sucks. Customer service chat answers a bit quick. Tho apparently they’re limited to what they can do. I think that’s all I have to say for now. Thanks

Do not use entouch wireless for your lifeline benefits. They promise a premium phone but they deliver trash sky phones that ain't worth the cheap materials they are made with. There are better lifeline companies out there that deliver on their promise of a premium modern phone. I would give this trash company no stars if that were possible

I have a phone over a year and was only able to legitimately place 17 calls . The phone doesn't work, customer service doesn't work...I spent 1.5 hours in increments on hold to be told good bye each time I have called by the automated system. I have not one time since August have been able to use my phone nor get anyone on the line. The government should definitely audit the company. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!! FRAUDS

Worse company EVER SUPERVISORS STEAL THERE EMPLOYEES MONEY , no communication, they DONT CARE IF YOU GET PAID OR NOT . Money is always missing . 2.5 weeks I’ve been waiting on a credit from this company to right my paycheck from their mistake . NO COMMUNICATION

I lose service every single month for hours to days at a time. When i call to fix the problem they always tell me a certain amount of hours to wait then instuct me to turn my phone off then back on and it will work. Yet it almost never works. My service hasnt worked since friday and its now Tuesday. Ive called and emailed them so many times and i still dont have service and they get away with it. Its a lifeline phone and i have a handicapped daughter in my home. Its unsafe. They dont even deserve one Star but i had to put a star to make a complaint !

I would not recommend them as a lifeline company. When my previous provider dropped out of my state, EnTouch was one of the few that would offer services in my state. Choosing them was the worst mistake I could make. I got the approval from the state and waited for them to send me my number and the product I ordered as part of my package. It never came, even after two months. I tried reaching out to them multiple times and never heard back. I tried calling them and couldn't get through. I'd say their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, but that would imply their customer service even existed. I can't see how they are getting government money when to my knowledge they are not able to follow through on their part. Nor did they communicate with their clients in any way if the other reviews are anything to go by. Do not use.

I have tried many time to talk to your customer service and never it was connected to anybody and a message was repeating and repeating that I hanged up. Never never again I will change back to Assurance. Shame on e touch.

I just got my phone today it has no service on it, I called customer service and it said my number couldn’t be found in the system. Pulse I have been on the phone waiting for 12 minutes and nothing. What is wrong with these people. Now I see why no one likes them.
