I would not recommend them as a lifeline company. When my previous provider dropped out of my state, EnTouch was one of the few that would offer services in my state. Choosing them was the worst mistake I could make. I got the approval from the state and waited for them to send me my number and the product I ordered as part of my package. It never came, even after two months. I tried reaching out to them multiple times and never heard back. I tried calling them and couldn't get through. I'd say their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, but that would imply their customer service even existed. I can't see how they are getting government money when to my knowledge they are not able to follow through on their part. Nor did they communicate with their clients in any way if the other reviews are anything to go by. Do not use. ~Normasch

I live 2 blocks Away and $30 a month for unlimited best wash available you can't beat it. Can't beat having a car that looks like you just paid $300 for a full detail everyday. ~Eugene

Good place to go. Always clean never any problems here. It's right next to an amazing restaurant (Scott's) definitely worth your time to wash your vehicle here. No angry car wash man here yelling at you like that one in Hiawatha. I highly recommend you go ahead and check this place out. ~ThePowerOf
