Bought a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder 2 weeks ago, made a date to come back to get a remote start put it, get there no loaner ready like they said there would be, eneded up having to reschedule for the next week, wouldn't have been an issue if we didn't over 53 miles away. We also had an issue less than a week and a half after getting the vehicle, it started missing. Only has 17000 miles on it.. We never popped the cover off the engine when we'd looked at it initially..lesson leanered there! It obv sat in a garge at the previous owners for some time there was a large mouse nest and wires had the coating nibbled right off and was causing it to miss. So someone didn't do their inital inspection properly. We prob wont be back after that. ✌️

Excellent!!! I have bought several new cars but never received the customer service I received from Mason City Nissan. I was shown all of my car features by Brandon and Tim introduced himself the day I bought my car. They even introduced me to the service department! Definitely recommend.
