He was very patient and understanding with my daughter and went the extra mile after they were closed to allow her to take the car out a couple more times at dark to make sure it she was able to drive it at night and felt safe in the car she chose. Absolutely wonderful experience, went above and beyond. Such a relief after feeling so anxious about needing repairs and coming off of a not so great experience with another business in town. He was considerate of my limits in having one vehicle and four young children. My son was sick the day I dropped my car off and they delivered it to me at the end of the day. I’m so surprised they got everything and a little extra done in the same day! I will most definitely go back if I have future needs and I will recommend Scotty’s to anyone and everyone.
