6 Best auto repair shop in Mason City, Iowa (IA) 2024

We went there for new tires, struts, and brakes. A week later our ABS system light was on. They repaired the damage they caused for free. Josh and Justin are great to deal with. Thank you, we will be back. ~James

Absolutely wonderful experience, went above and beyond. Such a relief after feeling so anxious about needing repairs and coming off of a not so great experience with another business in town. He was considerate of my limits in having one vehicle and four young children. My son was sick the day I dropped my car off and they delivered it to me at the end of the day. I’m so surprised they got everything and a little extra done in the same day! I will most definitely go back if I have future needs and I will recommend Scotty’s to anyone and everyone. I had ordered 4 tires online with the Wal-Mart app and scheduled to have the service dept put them on. Super easy to order online and schedule the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment got checked in with no problem and they got my Jeep in right away. The person checking me in was nice and efficient. Now my reason for a two star rating. It took the Auto care Center 3 full hours to put on 4 tires. 3 hours, I couldn't believe it so I asked if their were any issues. The service guy said no, no issues. I paid my bill with no further questions or comments. ~Anita
