Went over to get my oil changed on my VW and said they didn't have the right filter, they said come back with a filter and we can do an oil change, so I came back the next day with a filter and then they tell me they don't even carry the oil I needed. Like they waited nearly 2 hours to tell me they didn't have the filter. Thankfully fleet farm was able to get me in Service: Oil change

I ordered my tires to the store with no problems! It did take 2 hrs to change 4 tires though.

I had ordered 4 tires online with the Wal-Mart app and scheduled to have the service dept put them on. Super easy to order online and schedule the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment got checked in with no problem and they got my Jeep in right away. The person checking me in was nice and efficient. Now my reason for a two star rating. It took the Auto care Center 3 full hours to put on 4 tires. 3 hours, I couldn't believe it so I asked if their were any issues. The service guy said no, no issues. I paid my bill with no further questions or comments.

Mechanic said he couldn't get screws out to check air filter, well I had no problem getting screws out to change air filter. I think he was just lazy. Said he couldn't check differential fluid cause the screw or whatever was rusted, well I had no problem doing that too. Just lazy Service: Oil change

Brought my truck in to get new tires put on. Wanted the same ones I got previously (at this same place).Tech looked things up and told me the tires I had on were not the correct tires for my truck, so they could not give me those same ones. I explained that they (WalMart) were the ones who put them on in the first place. I was told the only way they could put those on were if I brought in the bare rims, then they could do it. So I asked about the tires that were the 'right' ones for my truck. They told me they didn't have those on hand. So I went someplace else.

Went and got a oil change before making a 2 hour trip south. Leave and blow a tire, walmart in des moines said "looks like your valve stem got stuck open" made me buy a new tire. Drive the 2 hours home and the new tire is flat the next morning. Very very unimpressed Service: Oil change

Ryan and the crew at this Wal-Mart Tire & Auto shop did a great job making sure I got a slow leak on a steer tire fixed. I have to make a delivery first thing in the morning and I didn't want to be dealing with a flat. Ryan also found an innovative way to keep a tire machine from gouging my aluminum rim. Until he did, I was looking at starting completely over from putting the wheel back on the truck that wasn't going in a bay, to finding an open shop nearby on a Sunday. Very happy. Many thanks to this Wal-Mart.

It took over 2 hrs just to get my oil changed? On top of that they broke the oil filter cap! They said It was broke before I got here, yet I have to go get a new one now in order to keep the oil from leaking out. How does that make sense?

I stopped here on a road trip to get an oil change and a headlight replaced. With only one car in front of me in line, it took 2 hours and 10 minutes. (For comparison, the same service takes 30 minutes at the Walmart near my home in Milwaukee.) I got no warning or estimate that it would take so long before I handed over my keys. They are obviously understaffed by people who aren't paid enough to care about what they are doing. The mechanics move slow as molasses and take long breaks from working on cars. I hope the Walmart managers here get a wake up call about how much business they are losing by paying only pennies and not giving people hours.
