Most staff members are great and easy to work with. Menus are always clear and up to date and not very often are out of things. Disappointment they don't have breakfast anymore, they always have diffrent/new staff members. Bathrooms are clean and tables are cleaned off quickly. Thr owner likes to go to each table once in a while and thank people for coming in, laughs with customers and has a friendly attitude hes never done my table because he hates my husband but I'm sure if I married someone else he probably would do the same for me. Most staff members see us often and joke around with us. Over all our waitress is awesome.

Saturday special 10 oz Prime Rib.....delicious! Service was great and prime rib was tender and juicy.

Poor service! My husband and I got there about 530 pm. They were so busy we had to sit at the bar. No problem. We ordered drinks, went to the salad bar, got our loaf of bread et relish tray. I'm sorry but it doesn't take 2 hours for prime rib or 1/2 rack of ribs and I'm sure people that came in after us that we're fortunate enough to sit in dining area got served right away. Needless to say we paid for our drinks, tipped the poor bartender that took our order as it wasn't his fault et left still not receiving our food.

Since COVID-19 my husband and I don't visit restaurants that much but boy we'll hit this one Everytime we're in the area. The menu has a good variety of food, and list daily specials! Prime rib was, order to your liking, and bbq ribs so tender. The servers were genuinely nice and never once said sorry we're so slow...busy... like a restaurant closer to our residence. We've heard that for months and we don't need to have it repeated. They were very accómadating and kept checking to see if we needed anything else. The place was packed with Happy Customers and there is wine and spirits also available. This, all in a very quaint town in the middle of nowhere. Wow Seymour ,Iowa you must have raised your families right because everyone was a worker in this area. You better make reservations by phone or on line, but if you don't they only take 10-15 minutes to find you a seat. Thanks for a lovely night, great food, and inexpensive treat.We WILL BE BACK and with FRIENDS.

Excellent! I’ve eaten at the restaurant for a yummy prime rib dinner and also had it catered! The prime rib is amazing, perfectly cooked! The catered sides of cheesy potatoes, fresh green beans, and melt-in-your-mouth rolls were AMAZING!

Dinner was fabulous! Steak was cooked perfectly! Shrimp was fantastic! Amber our server was nice and super attentive! We'll definitely be back!!!
