Seems like whenever we come to Wayne's DQ, it's immediately following an event, which would slam the local establishment. All the more reason to extend a 5 star to the staff here. The last handful of times we've come though here, our orders have been fulfilled in a reasonable amount of time, and we have never had any issues. Well done Wayne, DQ.

Keep getting bad meat spoiled or rotten, especially the chicken strips. I don't understands how it happens so much. The cheeseburgers keep having parts of them that smelled like spoiled meat.

Slower than slow most times. Food is good, a lot of people working, but still takes longer than usual to get food, drive thru took 45 min with only 3 vehicles in front of us and a very empty dining room. 5 visible people working.

I love the new look of the Columbus location. The food is good and so is the atmosphere. The service is a bit slow but you can tell there's a lot of new help so I'm sure it will improve.

I love getting icecream here, but sometimes I come in for lunch too! They never disappoint with their flavors, and I think my favorite thing to get here are cherry-dipped cones. The bugers are large and taste delicious (not extremely greasy, I appreciate that). I suggest the Flamethrower if you like spicy food!

Pretty slow service. Tried it again. Notice to Dairy Queen: if you are going to have someone work the drive thru- make sure they can smile and be polite. So tired of rude, unpleasant workers. I know everyone is having staffing issues, but put that guy in the back, away from customers.

When I got up to the front, a staff member there immediately came up and took my order. I did not have to wait long to receive my food even when there was a massive line of cars in the drive -through. The service was good and so was the food!

Tonight went to get food from DQ everything went good until I pulled into the drive-thru. The employees were to busy cleaning and making sure they could leave as soon as possible. Never told me how long I had to wait although it was clear they knew I'd be waiting about 20 minutes. Usually have good service there but whoever was working tonight had some of the worst customer service I've ever seen! Also come to see they forgot some of my order along with getting one of the items wrong.

Love the food but employees get pretty lazy. Asked for bbq chicken tenders and received my food with sauce packets, napkins, and silverware inside the container coated in bbq sauce. Absolutely appalling.
