The food came fast and tasted great. We ordered out and the food was ready to go 15 minutes after I ordered it. Much quicker than the 3 hour wait guessed by their competitor.

Service can be terrible at times. This is listed as my "home" Pizza Hut, on my online app. So tonight I ordered two 3-topping medium pizzas and paid for it all online. Order ready in 25 minutes, great. As my husband went to get it, had to come back home for his wallet because they told him it WAS NOT paid for. I looked up on our bank app, it was paid for. Husband goes back, and it still took them 10 minutes of arguing that they don't do 3-typing pizzas, before they found our order. My husband finally walks out with our order 45 minutes after pickup t.

This is the first time I have been so disappointed in pizza hut. The sandwiches were cold and soggy, the bread sticks were cold and tasted old and the meaty marinara was cold and had no lid. I usually love your food but was VERY dissatisfied this time.

10 minute wait standing at the counter to be seated even though there's only 2 booths taken. Takes 20 minutes to get our drinks, and then we wait... and wait... and wait. Waited 45 minutes after getting our drinks and nothing. At this point were the only people there, listening to the staff laugh up a storm in the kitchen. We finally got up and walked out to seeing other employees outside. An hour and a half and all we got was our drinks.

We ordered a thin crust, and you forgot to put the sauce on the pizza. Wonderful charged extra toppings, but dry because there was no sauce /very little sauce on the pizza.

Dawn makes us feel like family every time we order take-out. She is an excellent employee. Pizza (thin crust supreme) was hot and excellent too!

They were doin really well there besides a deliverer assuming my change was their tip. But this is extra cheese (+$1.50) and lemme know when whoever can figure out whats extra bout this besides grease.
