I had a awesome experience at this O'Reilly off of New York Avenue in Arlington Texas on 7/17/22 .There was an employee very nice guy named Gregory I had a shot battery and it's was a 100 degrees out and he replaced it so fast and kept a smile the who time awesome 👌 you are the real MVP GREGORY. He deserves to be notices😊

Kieth at this location helped me get a new car battery and his customer service was AMAZING! I came in panicked and frustrated after going EVERYWHERE looking for my specific car battery and he would not let me leave until he found and VERIFIED with the store in Mansfield off Debbie Lane. He even gave me a name to contact when I arrived. Between him and David (Mansfield location) I was squared away and am now rolling with ease.

A quick shout out to this location for trying everything they could to run a test on a universal alternator. Unfortunately their system was unable to work with it, however I have been able to find most of the things I need for my classic automobile if OEM hasn't been available. The staff is friendly and puts forth an effort beyond checking the computer when they can. I did see a staff member ignore the store phone while on their personal phone while there. Probably not the best thing for a customer to see while they are also waiting for assistance. I believe this was corrected on the spot. P.S. Christmas is coming!

Gary was absolutely amazing! He was beyond friendly and so extremely helpful. My teenage daughter had a check engine light on and he immediately brought the code reader out, explained in detail what the diagnosis was and the gas cap she needed was in the store. I cannot express how grateful I am that he was so willing to assist my daughter. We need more people like Gary in this world!

Super helpful clerks! They're always very knowledgeable and don't make me feel inferior when I ask questions. Definitely my go-to for auto stuff. I even use their slogan for a fun chant in my classroom with my kids. O, O, O, O"reily's, Auto parts!
