John is the best! He knows how to assist customers very well. Very please w his service. He put the wiper blades in my car with no problem. Is a Porsche so he knew very well how to do it. We need more of this staff all over OReillys.. ~candela

I had a awesome experience at this O'Reilly off of New York Avenue in Arlington Texas on 7/17/22 .There was an employee very nice guy named Gregory I had a shot battery and it's was a 100 degrees out and he replaced it so fast and kept a smile the who time awesome 👌 you are the real MVP GREGORY. Well I thought I had post a review before but it seems I have not. LSD is the place to take your vehicle for any issues. I was originally recommended to Lenny 13 yrs ago, and since then been using him for any issues. He is very professional, he is up front with you, no hidden fees and does not start the work until you say OK. He is also honest, will tell you if there are any other issues that need to be address prior to work has started. His prices are far and does an amazing job to make sure any problem is corrected. On a side note, he also gives back to the community. He works with high school kids in his shop, teaching them how to be future mechanics. Major plus! Also, while visiting the shop, expect to give some attention to "Techron", the company's dog. He loves to be pet! I made an appt to get an alignment. Showed up 10 mins early to a very stressed man at the counter. Telling me they were down a man and it would be 2 hrs. I got the impression it would be longer. They provide no rides. I left. They don't seem very reliable. It's hard to find good reliable service for your car. ~Stephanie
