As a Fleet manager, I've tried several time to get parts from this store, a mile away from us. (class 8) and NEVER had they had what I was looking for. Today 5" exhaust flex pipe and band clamps... Once again no go.. At Least O"reilly's offered to get me some.. Not here.

Dont order your parts here if your a regular customer. Had the worst customer service here. I called in about my battery for my corrolla and asked if they have it in stock. The guy who answered my call said yes they have it. I said i will be there in ten min. Well only took me 5 min since i live down the road from them. I got there and the guy said they didn't have it. I told him i just called about this and he gave me the excuse that someone already beat me to it??? But he told me they had a few when i talked to him on the phone. Its ridiculous here. They are not honest. Absolute trash. I dont recommend this place!!!! Go to autozone or O'Reilly!

About a lifetime warranty fuel pump from them and us seem to lost my receipt and AI guess it out warranty like loss with receipt because they are not want to be helpful at all and a be found right rude I'll go to go to auto zone at least take treat me like ship better

This guys are great. I called to see if they had a part for my car that nobody had in stock but they did I told them that I was going to get there in 5 min when I arrived they had the part ready for me. They answered ALL my questions in a great way.

I went to auto zone, advance, and oreilly and they all tried to sell me the same junk in a different box. None of them fit correctly. I finally went to NAPA and the part they sold me was perfect. It wasn't part of the same bulk junk the others had. It fit, it works and now I always go to NAPA first. Save yourself a lot of frustration and follow my lead.
