I had a nail in my tire. It was near closing time and l was losing air. I was turned away by the place on Mansfield-Webb ext. These guys were willing and able to help.

There are only two reasons why somebody who works in a wheel and tire business would fill ALL four of my tires between 50 and 55 psi. (It clearly states on the tires as well as the information sticker just inside the driver side door) They are either ignorant about the business, or they did it intentionally. Either way, They could’ve caused my tires to be ruined, as well as caused me to have an accident. I know how my car feels when I’m driving, and I felt the difference and stopped at the race track just about 1/8 of a mile down the street from their business. Very disappointed, but glad that I was able to catch it before they destroyed my tires.

Dropped my car off for him to fix but he doesn’t answer the phone and then when I go up there he is closed during business hours. Very frustrating and overpriced.

This place is so messy and I will never be back here again!!! I had to wait an hour to have two tires put on my car!! And when I asked him to hurry up so I can go pick up my kids he had an attitude with me!!!

I bought 4 used tires from them they told me they were good 2tires were bad one had a hole in the sidewall couldn’t be fixed one had been patched. And would not hold i as them to find me two to replace the bad ones for over 4weeks I’ve had to buy other tires Tim answer was that’s the risk you take wit used tires not a good way to keep customers I won’t be buying from them again and have advised all my friends not too I never ask him to get them for free just to replace them with good ones

This place is not very good. It use to be but now they give attitude and bad service. I bought two tires took an hour and half because they just kept trying to use a tire that was not good. Finally they gave up got a different one that they had to plug. The first day I drove it I got a hump in the non plug tire and my car shook. When I returned it I got really bad attitude well today about two months past the plug tire blew so yeah go to 2526 s copper st region tire shop that hook you up

This place mess my Toyota up... Check engine light would go off replace coils spark plugs oxygen sensor cat and EVERTHING light still on took it to Toyota that said the coils (that are a wk old ) misfiring and cat not get correct air flow. Be careful it seems ok til it aint i also paid for alignment why in two years i have been througth 2 set of tire the 1st set sams 600 second walmart 300 both aint no good in the front dec til now july you should have to REPLACE new tires. Guess who getting a new car 🤦please beware😢😢😢😢😢😢

Can we leave no stars? Seriously! I was on my way home with 2 kids in the car. Smelled burning rubber and pulled over into the gas station. Realized that there was a nail in my tire. Called ATC to be told that they wouldn't help me because they had already put everything away. It was before 7:30 PM and I was 2 streets away. No can do. You close at 8pm. I guess you don't like money. That's fine. I went to Rivas Tire Shop and they took care of me.

This place is horrible. I will never do business here. I asked the guy there (the one with he gap in between his front teeth) how much for a tire. He gave me the price, being that it was way over price and I told him I was told this much at another store and he said well go there then! Absolutely NO customer service. Besides being dirty and being an eye sore to the community they have bad service.
