This Midas location is by far the best auto mechanic shop I've ever been too. Lexi is personable and friendly and Clint was so helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and explained all of the services in detail. The mechanics tested the work until everything was up to par. Lisa the owner scheduled my appointment same day over the phone. Her demeanor and explanation of the process were wonderful and she instilled confidence in their business right away. We are only temporarily living in Arlington, TX, but I would definitely return if I need further services to our vehicle while we reside here. I have used this service repair shop twice for two different vehicles. A 1971 Ford F100 and a 2008 model Porsche Turbo. They did an excellent job and the communications with Clint were excellent. The owner is a woman and she knows cars better than any man I know. She also gave me a great deal on Pirelli tires for the Porsche. Highly recommend. Best customer service I’ve ever received at any auto shop. This was my first time at a Midas. I came in for an oil change and they sent me a full visual check of my cars health and it’s components. I didn’t feel any pressure to get anything done, but really appreciated the status on some parts of my cars. Ended up getting an oil change and a few things that my car needed. Really appreciate the staff! Thanks again y’all.

It is never fun to have car trouble, but when I do, I feel confident that they are going to do an honest job. The staff there has been around a while- you know a place is a good place to work when the turnover is low. And happy employees are the best employees.
