they are busy all the time even when you have an appointment they take more than three hours for tiré and if you have flat tire with warranty easy for them to said will take 24 hours

I made an appt to get an alignment. Showed up 10 mins early to a very stressed man at the counter. Telling me they were down a man and it would be 2 hrs. I got the impression it would be longer. They provide no rides. I left. They don't seem very reliable. It's hard to find good reliable service for your car.

I made an appointment to have my oil changed, a vehicle state inspection and calibrate or repair TPMS sensor. I was told that it wouldn’t pass inspection because of tire treading on one side of the vehicle. When I asked how that happens, I was told “maybe a mechanical problem” When they told me my vehicle was ready, I asked was the sensor fixed, I was told “yes” I left the store and noticed that the sensor was still showing a problem. I returned to Firestone to inquire about the repair of it and was told (by Angelica) I maybe needed to drive it for 15 mins for the sensor to correct itself. I asked was it calibrated or replaced and asked her to double check with the mechanic who performed the work. After doing so, she returned and told me the sensor needed replacing and then proceeded to show me the ‘Recommended’ repairs needed on my paperwork, which was never discussed on checkout. I told them that that’s what I was originally there for why didn’t they perform that repair? She had no answer for me and just stared at me. Then I also see that they suggest a alignment too. I asked why wasn’t I told at the time of service so I could have added those repairs to my current visit and again, I received a blank stare. I spent two hours for only a oil change and a partial inspection. No customer service. This place has really declined since my previous visits. They used to be my ‘go-to’ place, not any more! Good service, a little hard to find from the back side road the first few times I went there no problemif your I-20 westbound, but it's well worth going there staff is great, and will work with you.

Terrible. Came in for a brake light repair in January. Super weird that the light comes on that I need to get my brake light replaced in May. Go in. No one seems to know what is going on. I wait for two hours. They say they can’t find the issue. I’m taking my car to the dealership. What a joke. Will never come here again.

This is how a TIRE SHOP returned my mom's car to her. Two lug nuts for highway driving with children in the car. More than ridiculous and a complete disregard for her safety. Not to mention the ridiculous price quotes for other services she didn't even ask for.

Bunch of Lazy tools.... What's the point of having a full working team with an hour before closing to turn away a customer for an oil change that takes 10-30 mins. Didn't even discuss what the wait time is or how many cars were ahead.. simply said. "no.." But LET'S MAKE A SCHEDULE. As a service company y'all should work to fit in with our needs. You have something I need... I have something you want... that's business.. $ for an oil change. Really starting to hate Firestone companies & Locations due to how rude and unprofessional each visit is. And.. that is why I shop for wheels and Tires at Discount... They ain't called "America's Tire" for nothing! If they had oil and alignment etc services I'd solely go through them but because they don't... we have to search and pick and choose from the wide variety of oil company services that continue to turn away customers all for saving time and closing shop early... I get it. You want to go to your beer or party for the wknd. We all want to leave work early. But when the hours of operation is still open... no matter what industry it is... YOU STILL SERVE YOUR CLIENTS! NOT TURN THEM AWAY AND MAKE THEM RUN ON THEIR BAD PARTS OR BAD OIL FOR MORE TIME TO DAMAGE THEIR VEHICLES! Where is the customer service!?! The integrity? Honesty? Going above & beyond? This isn't no top notch Location for a "Firestone" Location.... Heed the warning... Collect $200 and pass Go! Avoid this location for services at all cost's! Bunch of Lazy jerks.

NOT PLEASED AT ALL. If you want an establishment to take your money and treat you like just another number when an issue arises, this is your place. My vehicle needed a power-steering pump and after three repairs, still needs one. When my vehicle was returned it sounded just as bad as when I'd dropped it off. When I addressed my concerns with the manager, instead of showing concern he became defensive and rude. This repair carries a "warranty" but it's not a top priority for any of their locations once they understand it's a warranty. Sadly, I don't recommend this location and won't return.

Great customer service by people that take their time to make sure your vehicle is road ready. I have a Firestone in my town and drive the extra 15 miles because of the employees at this location. Definitely recommend this Firestone.
