I needed a battery for my phone and he ordered me two since I have two receivers that go with my land line and he said they usually go dead around the same time. They will come directly to my home. I always get excellent help there, and they are so knowledgeable.

My first experience ever with batteries plus was when I accidentally ended up there after taking a wrong turn and my phone was broken. Walking inside I ended up getting a way better deal for a battery port replacement. Any other place that I was quoted to go to was $150 plus at batteries plus they fixed my phone for $128. Today I had a water situation with my phone and the first thing that came to my mind was to go to batteries plus since I was already up in Mason city. I walked in and the guy told me of course he could fix my phone for $40 straight and to come back in half an hour. When I came back to pick up my phone my total was $40 like he said and everything works great! This is a super fast service that does an absolute amazing job with phones for a great price! Highly recommended.

I went to get my phone fixed because the battery was fried. They had amazing costomer service but when i got home my phone did the same thing as before. Not even 24 hours and my battery is fried again. Im kinda sad😔😔.

Great customer service! I was helped within 10 seconds of walking through the door. And had my phone fixed, and a new charger cable within an hour and a half. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be returning for any future phone fixes!!

Beginning of April I brought my phone into the shop to get a new charging port due to mine not charging correctly unless I hold it a certain way. So they ordered the part and had me come in when they received it. (Mind you, my phone worked %100 of the time before I took it in except for the little issue with the charging port.) They replaced the port and showed me it charges, great! I thought... so I live out of town, and when I got to my house I noticed my phone running really slow or not running at all. I try to call my fiancé and it would drop the call immediately. I thought it was odd, since I literally made the arrangements to fix my phone at Batteries Plus with MY phone at my house the day before. So I reset my phone thinking it was just needing that, and I realize I have no LTE bars and calls still can't go through or my internet doesn't work... (I'm on call for my work so this is Def an issue). I let the Tim know, (the manager) and he said he will order another port thinking it was a malfunction part due to the seller. So when that came in they put the newer one in. The weird thing is, even with the last port they installed, I would get service half the time but in certain areas nothing. So this new port was put in and it charged correctly and the phone could accept calls at the store (the first port they put in also worked in Mason City, wasn't shocked). I thought cool, hopefully this fixes the problem so I can get and send out texts/phone calls. I get home and yet again, the LTE bars are still not there and I can't get any calls. This is around the beginning of May now.. so I've been in their store complaining about my phone not working how it did before they touched it for a month and I am starting to get a little frustrated. Not only did this newer port they put in not work where I live or other areas I travel, but I video recorded my sisters birthday party, and once I replayed the video I noticed the volume was really scratchy and loud, couldn't understand anything. So I tried calling my fiancé on speaker and she couldn't hear me except a screeching scratchy noise. So the Mic was also messed up.. now I just wish I never fht my phone in and just dealt with the charger tilted to charge my phone, atleast now I can send and receive calls... not happy at all, I complain and show the store a screen recording of my phone not function at all where I live and how the speaker phone doesn't work. I've been basically without a phone for over a month and I just want my money back so I can either go else where where they know what they are doing or figure out something else. The manager "tim"told me if I had proof which I did I would get my refund. So when I went in and showed that recording Tim wasn't there so his worker had to call him to discuss it and told him just to give me a half refund.... are you kidding me.... this is unacceptable going to a phone repair shop and having more issues with my phone than before and yet I still get charged... I have literally been in the shop over 5 times trying to work with and figure this out.. and the best Tim can do is get me a half refund because I still got the port in my phone.. I'm glad I can charge my phone when all its good for now is an alarm clock at my house.... will definitely not be coming back, and very irritated about his customer service and how he handles business. Would not recommend going here for any phone repairs, go else where in mason. If he would of respected my phone being in worse shape than it was before I brought it in and gave me a refund and said sorry, It would be a different story. There is no scam here, I am without a phone now when I need it at my house and I have to spend more money on either a new one or someone who actually knows what they are doing.

Excellent customer service! I have taken my phone in about 4 times since January and they are extremely helpful every time. They go above and beyond. My charging port isn't working so Dave offered to charge it at the store so I could use it for another day until I can get it fixed. Definitely recommend them. Dave really enjoys his job and does everything to help customers.
