John is the best! He knows how to assist customers very well. Very please w his service. He put the wiper blades in my car with no problem. Is a Porsche so he knew very well how to do it. We need more of this staff all over OReillys..

Great place for OEM specific parts. But if your looking for anything cosmetic, like wiper blades, check in with Amazon and price shop.

Car died tonight so I needed a battery went to my favorite auto store go there all the time been so for going on about 8 years but after to night I won't be going there again barely made it to the one on cooper they where closing but it's still just like 850 pm went in got a battery came out to change it forgot my tools went back in asked if I could borrow a pliers to change it the lady said " NO WE ARE CLOSED " I told her I just need them for like 3 min I for got mine at home I'm stuck in y'all's parking lot she replies " I DONT CARE NIT MY Problem " IM like for real Tiffany I shop here all the time it's not even 4 min after 9:00 pm threw us out locked the door ! I'll probly never step foot in that store again there's a lot more auto stores I can go spend my hard earned money at and get treated correctly from them

Greeted straight away and had the best customer service experience - THE BEST. My needs were simple but their service was stellar. The manager, Keith, offered and installed my new windshield wipers. He and his team were super professional. An extra KUDOS to Keith - he has the best spirit and was kind in teaching me how to replace the wipers when I asked to watch. The world needs more like him.

Made a quick visit here to find some license plate screws. Upon purchasing the item, I asked about borrowing a flat head screw driver, as the one I brought with me was a phillips. The employee said "sure let me find you one", a minute later he came back with it. Employees were friendly. I'd go back!

I went there yesterday because all of a sudden an error code popped up on my dashboard, so I panicked and went to O’Reilly to see what the issue was and to get whatever I needed to fix it ASAP! Robert is the associate that helped me and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helped me fix the issue. I drove away happy and worry free.

The staff is good, but there were two ladies not good with the costumers’ service. I am not sure but as I remember I have meet them there in the 4th of August 2019. The guy who was working with them was a good worked and smart, but I don’t know why they thought that they were smarter than him, and try to show that he can’t find what I wanted. He was good and smarter than them..

The workers at this location or terrific. They helped us figure out what battery we needed, and installed it, even though it was a bit more difficult than they expected. I will continue to use this location, as the one near me couldn't even be bothered to help me make sure I was buying the right battery. This location is great!
