We will not be back to any location. We showed up tonight at the location at 252 Crossroads Blvd, Waterloo, IA 50702, and we were turned away at 6:43 p.m. Courtney was just outside the store, likely keeping store capacity under control due to covid. I get that. But she said this location cannot accept anymore customers because they were closing at 7. My wife typically will spend $40 to $50 every time she is in there. So if 2 people left, you guys didn't want our business because you wanted to be leaving right at 7? When I've been in retail, you stop letting customers in at closing. Associates are typically expected to stay after closing to assist customers and do other closing duties. We've never experienced this at any other business in our 39 years. Such an insult. Never will we be back. I'm also letting corporate know and posting this on BBB.
