This Aldi's is awesome and the workers are nice. Prices are great, and will help us get through the recession. (There is a rude young man who works here though who should be fired.) Everyone else is awesome!

Clean store with great prices. Check out moves very fast so waits are not bad.

Just moved to Waukee and every time I shop at this location the staff aren’t friendly and at times are very rude. I bought two urn planters on a whim with my groceries. The man scanned my paper shopping bags laid the urns on top of them and proceeded to throw my groceries on top. I asked him to stop because I was worried he was going to ruin my produce. I asked if I could use a second cart which he later told me was against the rules but let me use a second cart. He was not polite or friendly or even pleasant. This is one of many incidents where the staff has been rude to me. While I appreciate the second cart his attitude as well as all the other frowning staff at this location was unnecessary and I didn’t appreciate digging out my paper bags. I have always been treated much better at the West Des Moines location.

I enjoy shopping here. They don't have as many brand varieties and options as a larger shop but they always have fresh produce and good priced plus the weekly finds is a fun isle to check out.

The young man has checked us out twice. Each time he throws the groceries in the cart. Literally throws everything in the cart. I was afraid my milk bottles would break, not to mention the cookies he threw the milk on. Throws produce from where he sits into the basket. Hate having him check us out

I love shopping here the products are great and the people are great, except for the evening manager hes pretty rude (during checkout and throughout my visit he proceeded to give dirty looks and to yell at my child who has severe ADHD. We have never had this issue before in the morning).

Quality products at a fraction the cost...who can find a flaw. My family of 4 saves $300-$400 a month over the nearest competitor. The seasonal promotions are also very nice
